Chicken Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Stock
    • 3 large bowls of water
    • handful of ikan bilis (dried itsy bitsy fish)
    • ginger (crushed)
    • 1 tablespoon of salt
    • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Spring onions (chopped)
  • Onion crisps
  • 400g cooked macaroni

Instructions:

  1. Cook macaroni according to instructions on packaging
  2. Boil stock for 10 minutes
  3. Cook chicken in stock
  4. De-bone and shred chicken
  5. Serve hot
