Roasted Roots

Baby carrots
Seasoned with:
Pepper
Salt
White wine vinegar (or orange juice)
Sage leaves
Olive oil
Garlic

Purple Beets
Seasoned with:
Pepper
Salt
Balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Rosemary
Garlic

Roast 220 degrees, 20 mins

Pork chops (concertina the fats so they fan out)
Season with:
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Sage leaves

Roast 220 degrees, 15 minutes on preheated pan.

Serve meat, pour oil from pan.
Squeeze 1/2 lemon in pan, spoon the goo out as gravy.
