So I walk past this booth and they asked if I was interested in a free spinal examination. It’ll only take 5 minutes. OK cool. I know there’d be some selling by the consultant and I was ready to deal with that. Probes on the back of my neck and 30 seconds later a printout.
Picture on the left is a perfect spine – all green. Picture on the right is mine. The red bars indicate muscular stress – a lot of it. Apparently, my spine is on the verge of spontaneous failure at multiple points. But seriously, the lady who attended to me didn’t push the sale too much. Born Taiwanese, but migrated and educated in New Zealand. Her accent was unnerving.
