Nike Free Run 2 – First thoughts

5 + 10 + 4 + 23 = 42km covered this week. Loads of cushy cushioning; no support, guidance nor control.

As the foot strengthened, the lack of support started not to matter so much. I slipped one time but didn’t sprain my ankle.

Learned a trick from a friend – apply Nivea liberally on the foot before the walk to reduce the risk of blisters. Worked well so far!

Let’s see how long these last…
